I brought 4 varietys, the love heart ones on a stripey stick worked perfect...lol

no if you get the right lollipop, its a plastic perfect sized stick, or you can cut it to the size you need, I thought the filter was gonna be stuffed as it a really old one that doesnt even have a name so I thought replacing the shaft would be impossible but I just thought of the lollipop sticks and hey presto its working like a charm :bounce:

when you accidently snap the propeller shaft in your internal filters :oops: No worries, go and spend a dollar at your local dairy and buy a variety of different lollipops and you are bound to find the exact shaft that you are looking for :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: haha

Sorry Ryan I only just saw your post, I have just bought one at that place for $12.95 a 24inch one,,and yes people I have to stand on the top of a 3 step ladder and literally I still cant reach the bottem of the tank, hit my head on the ceiling but not reach the bottem of the tank...thanks heaps anyway Ryan -
