Dammit pieman yr always so SENSIBLE And anyway just the mildest rumour of another importer has already brought the prices down But i am wondering how they (the importer) can justify putting them up again

peter i would be keen but i find that if a bunch of people invest in an item they tend to not take as much care of it as if they owned all of it- so basically the fewer people that own it the better IMHO. Saying all that I'm still keen

yeah Red sea have revamped all their stuff & is way better.

Have tried the JBL seem ok, am using the new red sea much much better than the old ones.

Can i assume that because there is a new importer on the scene coral prices might actually go DOWN!!!!!!!!! Wow that would be great just was we are aiming to achieve & our first shipment isnt even out yet

My first reef tank was in 1990 & my skimmer was a pile of s$%^ and I collected my water from the same place I do today (takapuna) .

Peter, my sump is bare bottom with no fish & i still have to vacuum the shite out on occasion
