Im honestly liking your work
You spoilt the first shot by saying the insect just landed in front of you as I thought that that was the focus

most killis will spawn in the bottom ie; peat spawning
a lot of killis preferit to mop spawning and often if fish are not producing eggs in mops, by putting peat in the tank as a substrait, you will get eggs. Almost all Funds are happy this way and also a lot of aphy.

dont use anything with hook beaks
They will strip anything they need for them selves
A dry bowl from timber is all they need.
Most hook beaks dont start sitting full time until they have finished laying but the female will hang about in the box which keep the temp up a bit
-
Im sure they wont even know the difference

Have you tried any property managers? It costs a bit more to get into a managed property (usually one week's rent) but I find they really look after you. My current landlord is useless at fixing stuff, so it is good having the manager is there as an intermediary
Good luck. Having to move sucks, but I have always found it leads to something better
Stella
It is the property managers job to organise repairs normally
With my properties, I have a manager that organises everything and I pay them another 7% of the weekly rent to do it.
They rent the property and check out the tenant. organise inspections, organise repairs, pay the bills and if there is anything left, send me payment to help pay the mortage.

I recieved the same

do I see some JAFA's in there Southerrrn?

and that is exactly why a flat rate is better than higer earners having to pay their share plus a share of those that pay less
I am not a high earner and earn way less than a teacher so Im not saying it to feather my own nest
I belive GST should be say 25% and a flat tax rate of say 10 or 15%

Maybe I'll skip getting mee goreng for dinner at work next week. That will cancel out the GST increase on $520 worth of purchases.
Buy a fish from someone in your local fish club instead of Animates, that could make up for the GST increase on $200 worth of purchases.
Skip a trip to the pub, cancels out GST increase on $2500....

I honestly do belive a lot of what is written on here
Get real people
Prices are set by demand
2.5% is added onto the account at the end of the sale!
Save your money and dont pay any GST
In a tight market do you really belive anyone can afford to crib a bit when chances are their compeditors wont be?
Yes, because Chch has had a "few" problems, they may well try to get a bit extra but the market will simply not allow any extras

In my mind, gathering eggs for a week and placing ON damp peat is an easy way of doing things. You can gather the eggs for a week then leave floating for another 2 weeks before placing the peat and eggs in water (one litre plastic container that can also float on the tank)
suck the fry up every day and place in another container with bbs

will you be allowed it back Mark?
By the sound of things, it may not be able to fly very well for quite a while anyway so it would make sense

it's legalized theft as simple as that
Direct taxation is the only fair taxation
save and the total GST will not effect you at all
indirect taxation means you get taxed before you even have the chance to save

lol, I work in education. hubby in sales .
try owning your own business
costs going up and some people will do anything for a sale
One of my products costs about 5% more but will last 50 years with ease, people still chose the cheaper option that probably wont last 5 years
Average good wage for a glazier is $20 per hour, my daughter as a teacher gets well in excess of $55000 per year
