yea, i will just leave them as is, i have a 120cm felxi in a 100cm tank so it is just curved around th tank flat it goes over and under some of my base rocks so i have dif size bubbles but nuffing tht goes ploop lol, hmm i thnk i am just going to go get some fish (i need a study break) how long do you think it will take my 5 kingsize cichlids to kill the cycle fish? (4platys)

and what happens when it comes time to move house?? break the tank to get the stones out to move the tank because it so heavy?? beause i have very large rocks at the bottem i cant see them causing a rock slide lol i have 2 airstones going the big one it front which is very even and the felxi wall at the back which isnt under the sand (but still out of site so i dont get the big ploop

The base rocks went in then the sand folowed by the stacks of rocks, i was thinking of silconing them but didnt no if it would make any difference, the photo is a lil bit despetive as the bubbles are to one side and are towards the back, but i know what you mean that it woulndt happen in the wild, (but these fish aren't in the wild so meh) i have got some silcon but dont no if it can be used under water (will it work if the rocks are submerged?) it is the JBL AquaSil Silicon (colour white)

the substrate is 10kg of coral sand. and at the moment there is 4 platys (cycle fish) and 1 up side down catfish (2more usd cats on order)

so tell me what you think, at the moment its still cycling so im slowly adding fish, none of my cichlids are in there yet, but there are at my LFS waiting for me

well its taken a few weeks but i have water in my tankand its cycling, the coral sand is in, the air stone and flexi wall are in, the 1st of the caves are in (many more to go) and i have 4 fish!!! wow well i kinda have 4 fish lol i put some platys in there for the cycle but im not planing on keepeing them, ive got 5 kingsizi cichlids and 5 yellow labs wating for me at the pet shop and im just wating before they SLOWLY go into the tank (i dont want to get "new tank syndrome" but omg its tempting. ANYONE want some platys in a week or so? STATS: Tank: aquaone AR-980 (215L) Filter: aquaone AR-980 (the built in wet/dry bio) Filter: internal UV sterlizer (200L/H) Heater: 300W Substrate: coral sand Temp: 26c Not to bad for my first tank Any questions about how i did it or what ive done to it etc. JUST ASK!!!! its the standard wet dry bio filter that comes with an aqua one ar 980, ive put 2 pices of garden hose in the out let and its made it so much quiteer, the part that WAS making he noise was the out let back into the tank. thanks for your help

Hi guys im ust cycling my tank (no fish yet) but my flat mate can't sleep with the filter going, id it ok to have it off at night? or will i lose the bacteria?? or is there any thing i can do to make it quiter?? its not the buz from the pump its the girgle from the water going back into the tank that is annoying her!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

omg u so didnt under stand that, i do work experince at a zoo that has a zoo linces and i want to try and get some at the zoo for them, but just because i want to dosent mean that the zoo will

well under the zoo linces i can ask the zoo curator to apply for them, as in the next 12months we wana get a aqurim going
