Well is says that you can not enclose them so i might have to be a bit more careful. And i dont know if i will put glass on the bottom. How high off the tank will be safe if i dont put glass in.

I am making a light for my tank and need a bit of your guys knowledge. The lights that i am putting in say that they are not suitable for electronic switches/remote controls. Does that mean that i can not put it on a timer?? Your input would be much appreciated.
