Well now they dont seem to be fighting but the female still looks to be the leader of the tank. Theres a half pot in the tank and they have gone inside push out ALL of the stones and they both go in there for a while come out then go back in.They seem more as a pair now unlike before. Are these promising signs or are they board???? lol and strangly other the last few days they both have been growing this massive bump on their heads.The females one is abit bigger :-? any ideas? She dosent have any yellow markings on her sides to indercate that shes breeding. I carnt even breed water mice lol.

It doesnt realy look like they are keen on each other they come otu look at each other do a lil dance then hide from each other. Shes quite a bully.Ones at one end of the tank and the other on the other side

Ive got a female albino at the moment with a male cobra guppy. i will see what happens when they breed and if any of them are albinos. I wqas told that they are realy shy. This one is so active its not funny LOL. It zooms around the tank and at feeding tank woohooo it eats like a horse. It's more interested in the male then the male is towards the female

ONe of them dug a big pit right to the bottom of the tank whats this about?

Yeah. I put in about 20 or so baby guppies and by the looks of things the convicts dont even seem to be interested in them the jewels were on them like bullets when i feed them guppies :bounce: Some fish are just ummmmm different

ive got angles and um they love baby guppies too. :oops: so they might a few good feeds.But deffenatly keep some. Yea their just sitting in there own corner watching everyone come into my room.

IM now on the look out for a mae but you know people there never want to share albinos. Oh well when and if they birth i will grow up some of the male albinos.I hope ay least some are albino so i can get a good breeding set up.

Hey all. They not doing to bad, Removed the other fish and just have the pair in there.Their dont seem to interested in each other. Are feeding like cichlids should are great to watch. :bounce:

I went to my lfs and found some albino guppies.I got two females as thats all they had.They have blue fins and there eyes are bizar. :bounce: I hope i get some fry and of course I found the fatest ones there any one else got albis out there.

If i brought some bncf from a lfs and when they got older they breed would there be problems e.g deformaties.

Hey. They are all doing O.K but this morning they were going up and down the sides of the tanks and freaking out.And are breathing quite hard.The temp is sweet and p.h i had fish in there before them and they were ok.COuld it be their getting used to the new tank or .....?

Just wondering would GBA'S breed with a rainbow shark in there tank????There will be lots of hiding places etc.He has been in a community tank since he was like 3cms hes now about 2x that now.he duesent seem to like other bottom dwelers like upside down catfish etc. Any help would be great.

Was just cleaning out my 2ft bncf breeding tank and I noticed my female was pretty plump.Is this eggs or something else.Anyhelp whould be great.

hey mate.When i was breeding them.I used mosqito betting and hung it around the edges of the tank.poped the fish in the net and the eggs falled out of reach.Put the tank near a window there for they will breed when the sun starts coming up.raise the temp a few degrees on the night of breeding.Condition the parents on white worms and good flake.
