Yet again they broke a package...

Anyone got time to glue a 150watt metal haldie back together.

They crushed it flat.... pr*****ks

I say don't use them anymore.. Dumb couriers (Courier Post).. get a brain, and learn to drive oh .... and how about putting the small packages on top of the big ones.....

Oh and door to door delivery..... yeah right yet again in my letter box.. :evil:

coupla years ago i sent some frags to pies in wgtn overnight...it took 4 nights and looked like somone had played rugby with it

cant u claim money when the package is damaged when arrived?

They said they would look at the claim and send me a letter.

I suspect this is the standard get stuffed letter from them.

Saves people ringing up and abusing them....

Just whinge and whinge.

You'd be surprised how far you can get with persistance, like at the moment I wrote to the Human Rights Commission about bursary payments and how they are using age discrimination.

Turns out - the HRC agrees, and hopefully it will mean an extra bursay payment for every university student. Definately a laugh. :lol:

I have dealt with damaged packages before and if you get onto them about they should back down. At least you arent dealing with dead livestock. In this case they should pay up in the end.
