As per title I was wondering how many Troupheus types are available in New Zealand So far Im aware of Duboisi, Pemba, Ikola , Bulu point, Firefox and firecracker

By no means an expert, but thats probably about it, at least what is commonly available. What are you after?

I would love some Ikola but have heard there very aggressive and hard to keep alive because of the aggression .I currently have a group of Pembas and a group Firefox and Im toying with the idea of selling my Malawis and getting more Tropheus . Another thing is are duboisi the only type of trophs that you can keep with other trophs if you dont want them to cross breed if that makes scene

You could keep the Malawi's and buy another tank ( not my empty one) for more tropheus species
