So i been waiting all day for the Chch to Aucks flights to become available.

Silly me though thought right then.

Hmmm my sisters haven't been down here yet maybe i should get them seats instead of me going there for once. Thought ok i got plenty of time..

Boy was i wrong. Rang my sis up to let them know

5 minutes later finally got them to say yes.

5 minutes to late by the time i got off the phone only 80 seats remaining and i couldnt find a flight for 3 people to return.

Within 5 minutes SOLD OUT!!!

I'm feeling pretty bumbed out now

Anyone here manage to grab a $10 flight anywhere over the past 2 days?

Nope, didn't get a $10 flight. Amazing! $10! I'd been quoted over $600 for a return flight from CHCH to Auckland ....I didn't take it!

The $10 flights yesterday were going down in lots of about 30 and all gone in about 4mins. It just kept saying "heavy demand" and couldnt process anything we tried.

Oh well, no doubt there'll be another one sometime. I'm still trying to get a CHCH to Tauranga flight :roll:
