Hey guys,

I finally got 'round to uploading the pics of my discus. This is them about 1 and a half months ago, so they have grown quite a bit since then. Sorry about the quality of the pics, i'll try get better ones tonight :)!

This is the alenquer, what I find cool is that as it is maturing it is developing green blocks (not spots, these are like diamond and square shapes) on it's sides. He/she came from the local breeder.

Mmmm...

Edited your last post Chris and added the URL, but it still didn't work so I removed it again.

Many sites won't allow you to upload off their site, so this could be the prob.

If you need somewhere to store them for viewing then send me an email and you can use my site... Got heaps o room. :)

I think it's because of the spaces in the names lol. Silly me

/Chris goes to edit the names ...

:o:o bring them on Chris :) I for one am looking forward to seeing them. The two discus I bought last Friday and lighter now however they have not coloured up to how they werein the shop. I am now wondering if the shop had a special light to show them off. They are just a normal brown/green with slight turquoise. Whereas in the shop they were pale brown with bright turquooise. mmmmmmmmm maybe they are still settling in. :-?

They tend to loose colours when they are introduced, as my alenquer did. Now he / she is the most amazing one in the tank, as I'm amazed by the spots on him / her when her / him wasn't bred with a leopard, hmm.

The pictures are uploading right now from the digital camera. I should have them up @ 8 :D!

Red Turqoise:

I don't like his shape at all. Got him or her just as a pet and saved it from being culled. My sister loved it so what could you do :\?
