Cosmo 1300F Filter - Help With Set Up

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have just set my new tank up tonight with the above filter in it. I was told that this is a pump as well, so won't need a separate one to get air into the water. When I took it out of the box, there weren't any installation instructions. So we have put it together at our best guess. It seemed that there was a cover missing for the outlet. the picture on the box looks like there should be a cover. We have improvised, but now that it's turned on there are no visible air bubbles coming out of the water.

There is also an extra piece of adaptor pipe, but we don't know where this goes? Can anyone help us please?

We do have the piece of clear tube, which we have attached to the bottom of the outlet.

Thanks

Julie

the piece of air tubing should plug into one of the adaptors provided. there is and adaptor which has a thin piece of the plastic sticking out the top, but, it has a rubber stopper on it when it comes.SO, take this off, and put the air tube on, then you just need to adjust the other end to make it how many bubbles you like
