fishboi
most of them turns off once reached the desired temperature. make sure its set in the tank where there is a lot of water circulation and use a thermometer on the other side of the tank to check if its doin its job. u mite find there not broken at all, if they are get new ones as they are so cheap now $18 for a 300watt jebo
suphew
I "fixed" a few when I was younger, poorer, and they cost a lot more. but IMHO its not worth the hassle, plus its almost impossible to get them to seal again so they tend to leak after a while.
