wasp
You can resize the pics in photobucket if you want. You can also right click on it & see how big the file is
chimera
alternately, THE best graphics viewer and (also performs sizing/crop/filters/effects/change colour depth etc type tasks) is Irfanview http://www.irfanview.com/ best of all it's freeware. Supports almost every graphic format you can think of. Have used it for years and highly recommend it.
scholesy
I second that. Irfanview is the mutt's nuts.

Pegasus
Well don't just offer suggestions guys... Start a new thread and tell us "all" how you get decent pics of the right size. The pics in question above were 1288X966.. which is why they were removed, as not only does it slow the site down for some users on dialup.. but it makes the rest of the thread very awkard to read until the pics have loaded.. and multiple pics make this even worse. A good thread on Photography would be a good addition here, as many members are "still" not sure "how" to post pics.. despite there being several "sticky" headings explaining the procedure. Camera... Lighting.. Angles of Shot.. Settings.. Resizing.. Quality.. Clarity... all great starters for a good thread Bill.
DiverJohn
Never used Ifranview so cant comment. But you could also consider the Microsoft Powertoy "Photo Resizer" - for XP, dont know about 98 etc... Simple to install, and you just right click on an image and the resize option is there!! Sweet! And of course we are not allowed to cast dispersions on people but... if my Dad can use it, any one can!!!
