quack Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 i have tryed breeding my show fighters a few times now and currently trying at the moment. the problem is that the male is only making really small bubble nests and when the eggs are in there he dosnt realy try and pick up the eggs and babys from falling. the closest ive been to sucsess is having the eggs hatch and then within an hour or so gone. what can i do to help this. is this just the male being inexperinced? thanks for any help. alanmin4304 Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 The males usually get sick of putting the fry back in the nest fairly early on. You should still be successful if you take the male out as soon as he loses interest , but make sure the water leval is very low and the air above is warm and moist.
