bjocque Posted January 10, 2006 Report Share Posted January 10, 2006 went on holidaze to get married, had disolving feeder block to feed the 4 most expensive comets in the world, during the period my new ma in law done me a favour by feeding my pride n joys as well, so i came home to an aquarium (alpha 1, ar380) with finrot and now 2 fish are display reddish gin blossoms/varigus(?) veins i am doing twice weekly water changes (bout 8 litres) and a table spoon of tonic salt at water changes, was wondering what to use to treat the septicemia??? furan 2???? oh, great site/forum , a wealth of knowledge in here, now just to read it, cheers chasps and chaspettes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can't advise you on medications for your fish but the water changes will fix the bad water quality at the root of the problem. I would be inclined to do daily partial water changes for a few days.
