chimera
yeah well, fish are territorial and there aint a lotta room in there for much more. im surprised you didnt bang on the tank when they started to attack the shrimp then take it out. i would sell your clowns, get a shrimp (or two) in there then buy two smaller clowns. Either that or get a bigger tank I got some really good 'man-needs-bigger-tank' medicine if you gotta partner who is holding you back in your hobby  Just tell her you have to sell the fish coz the tank is too small otherwise you will have to upgrade. If she is attached to the fish (which most woman are) you will be able to get a larger tank immediately works a treat!

Fay
Had the same thing happen to me last year, but I bought two at $65 each and put them in my big reef. My Pixy Hawkfish had them for breakfast I saw him running around with the feelers sticking out of his mouth $130 snack (I have never told Frog) Hence I only keep shrimp in my cube now. They didnt even hide in the rocks when i was chasing them with the net.
lduncan
Catching two clownfish in a 10 gallon is a bit different to catching a couple of tangs in a reef tank. Layton
