MorknMindy
We have decided to get some Angel fish to put in the octagonal tank so now I need more advice Here are the tank details: - Hexagonal Shape - Capacity 56L - Dim: 46.1x40x53.5cm/ 18.2x15.8x21.1inch(L X D X H) And here are the questions: - How many Angel fish should I get - What other fish should I put in the tank with the Angels - I read somewhere that Angels should be the last thing to go in a tank as they can be a bit aggressive to any new fish. Is that true or can I just add them all at the same time. - Do I get them from the LFS or try to find a breeder I really don’t know what I would do without this forum; probably have a lot of dead fish
Ira
What kind of angle fish? 45°? 90°? 180°? It's critical because those different types of angle fish have totally different water and feeding requirements. 90° angle fish are the right type for your tank. 180° are a bit dense and obtuse, but 45° are acute but tend to make a point of attacking other angles. And you definitely don't want to go with anything other than one of those 3 types of angles, they're far too large to fit into a hexagon. jude
LOL Ira But surely, seeing angel fish are fairly triangular, the name angle fish would describe them too. Don't take any notice of him, MorknMindy, he's just teasing you.   Cheers Jude
