Jettin
Just as the question ask's? Can it be done? I want a black overflow in the upgrade, and wanted to use black perspex, or is there a fish safe paint which i can paint the inside of the overflow with? Brianemone
short answer... yes thats what ill be doing, would be cheaper to use glass but the paint thing would be an issue so ill be getting black arylic laser cut with the overflow comb at the top and glue it to the back wall
chimera
yes, but it seems to stick to glass better than the acrylic so concentrate of creating the seal against the glass. alternately you could look at creating a removeable overflow like i made... Jettin
Thanks for the replies, Chimera, I will probably make up a removable overflow aswell. But the main thing i want to do is hide the durso's in the overflow. Thanks for the pics.
