jude
what ate them? should they be in a tank on their own until they get bigger? sounds like expensive fish food to me  Cheers Jude

nickyboi
To have one left? Yeah, well I have discovered another little one! So yay I have two! Didnt think they would become food however I was wrong. What an expensive meal that was!!!
herefishiefishie
Convicts at 1cm, make great food. I used to breed convicts to feed my alto's & anything else that looked hungry. 8) The thing is once the babies lasted a couple of days, they just stayed in gaps between rocks & survived. So it tends to be a month later, pull tank apart & take survivors to lfs. Frenchy
nickyboi
yeah the two that survived the unintentional live feeding really are good at hiding, however one has had a couple of chunks taken from his tail, will it grow back or repair or will he have a little piece of fin missing forever??
