Freshwest yeah one of them does look quite brown and wild as you say, but they are all from RSTG x Royal Red, maybe it's a throwback to earlier genetics? I have a pair in a 60G spawning tank at the moment waiting for them to lay eggs. Blue has also got a pair, funnily enough his breeding female is the sister to my brothers and sisters above. To top it off it has a very small proportionate red eye. Just to fill in anyone watching Ronnie raised this fish up and I have recently acquired it off him. What pic isn't working Guru? All the discus you see in nz are domestically bred (apart from the odd few) They are bred and raise in clorine free tap water.
