Ornaments, substrate, plants and fish are not taken into account when manufacturers/suppliers estimate the capacity of a given tank. Also, most give external measurements of tanks and do not take into account glass thickness. Many thanks,Bill

puddle
hey ya I'm not a great fan of the 620T have seen 2 of them crack inthe last couple of years that were in customers houses it's harder for the light to reach thbottom of the 620t and its a pain in the bum to clean!!!!! if your really keen on the fish I'd be tempted to go for an Ar850 a lil bit more water volume and you have more surface area for the fish = more fish lol if the tank is taller rather than wider it alters the amount of surface area for you fish which means less fish in a 620t than in a 850 But thats jusyt my opionon and once you havebeen bittenby the fishbug ya cant stop one tank is never enough
