New Tank for Beta

I went out today and brought a new fish tank, its a 20l with corner filter and i's gona put a male beta and hopefully end up trying to breed, last year i tried but i didnt manage to get the male to be interested in the females. wat is the best way to breed betas.im getting a male tomoro but if anyone has any females up for grabs please pm me.

I found the best way was Live food followed by live food and some more live food, White worms, Brine srimp and mossie got mine going

Don't forget live food.

All joking aside, I kept mine in the same tank with one of those dividers in it and just feed them up, I also floated a piece of poly to help the male with his nest.

Came home one day and the female had jumped the divider and I took it out. Within 6 days of getting the pair I had fry that I wasn't really ready for. I blame the live food.

If anyone in auckland that has any female fighters i would be keen to have them. iv got two beautiful ale now just wanting any females now ready to be bred. also can you please post some pics of your male fighters especially if anyone has any green males and not wanting them i would be more than happy, just PM me details
