HummingBird
I just got one of these jobbies for one of my 2ft tanks, what does everyone think of them?
Jo1
Prefer the Fluval internals or the old Eheim internals or the Aqua One internals!
Snowman
I used a 2212 when i had a 4' goldfish tank and thought it was excellent. Easy to service and liked being able to clean one section a week so it was very good for bacterial colonies. Also with the 2212 you can remove one or two sections to make it shorter as required and as far as i know the Aquaball is the only one you can do this with. The fine filter i found i had to clean once a week due to my over feeding with flake, started using pellets and that sorted out the problem. Loved the mutli directional nozzle very handy. I will be getting another one soon for my hospital tank. There are some on Trade Me but are much cheaper from Hollywood Fish Farm.
