Silverdollarboy2
I seek your support in confirming if we can repair 680 L (183 x 61) with silicone. The tank when supplied had a small crack (section of glass came out) in the corner of the front panel as per enclosed photos. My thoughts are if my dad was to fill the corner on the inside of the tank next to the small crack would it be sufficient to stop a very small leak, especially when its in the corner of where the front, side and bottom panels join. Upon closer inspection, it would appear that there is a very small gap (less than .05 mm) between the front panel and the bottom panel as a result of the sliver of glass that has fallen out. Knowing this, would a silicone dam on the inside of the corner be sufficient to stop such a leak in the lower corner of a 680 L tank?
