kinnadian Posted July 12, 2014 Report Share Posted July 12, 2014 You need to supply a constant source of food for the bacteria, or they die off. If you only "fed" the ammonia-converting bacteria once (3+ weeks ago), it is likely that they have started dying off and you are killing your cycle. Put a piece of frozen shrimp in there asap.
