Gill
Arghhhh got to wait until Monday at the LFS so a senior manager can decide if the motor is faulty before they will replace it under warranty.... It stops and wont start up until you play around with the lead...Most frustrating to say the least
Adrienne
sounds like a broken wire and not the motor
Gill
It's all very strange the pump is working well now , husband took it off the filter and put it back and now its going better than ever with hundreds of tiny bubbles pouring out and water crystal clear which it has never been . Adrienne
Good to hear about the crystal clear water but if there are bubbles it has either a leak or an air lock. Give it 24 hrs to stop and bleed any air and reset itself and if it is still bubbling screw down the lid tighter and check your hoses are clipped on to the cannister fully.
