binu Posted July 7, 2013 Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 hello frnds ..i m in a mission to collect some driftwood and rocks ..found some cool driftwoods ..near a sulphur point ..so i m soaking it for long to get rid of those sulphur ...hope it works i am planning a trip to mnt ruapehu next week ...got a thought in mind of collecting rock from thr i av an idea that volcanic rock can increase ph ... will it be a big problem ?? pls share ur ideas about the sulphur wood and rock ..thanks a lot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SamH Posted July 7, 2013 Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 Volcanic rocks should be pH neutral and will look terrific if used correctly. Many brilliant scapes using lava rock have emerged lately, just have a clear idea of what you want for the tank.
