lorenzo
that is good news for me mystic thank you... i read a lote about fighting males so i was a bit worried if it was possible. i like the beauty of the pearl very much coz the female is nicely also is nice coloured comparing to other gourami's. i am from the netherlands (europe)
Caryl
Some male gouramis can get quite dominant. It seems to be a matter of luck with more success if they have been raised together.
lorenzo
when i buy them caryl i want to buy them all together so they are allready been togheter for some time.. i heard that from some one else to. i just gonna try it mystic and i will see what happens.. think i am gonna try 2 males and four females. if the males start to fight i will return one to the shop. i think that that is a good solution. but i start with the pearls when my plants are grown coz if i start with pearls 2 weeks after planting then there is no cover for them. and in this time of year we can not get floatingplants in the netherlands i also posted a topic in the welcom forum so i you want to know something more about me just take a glimpse overthere.
