Rouseabout
Hi all, Our tap water is at pH 7.7 and KH about 2. In my 100L tank pH is 7.0 (using pH powder) and KH around 6-7. I have rams, keyholes, julii corys plus a BN and a GBA - is this KH ok for these guys?

Caryl
I find most fish pretty tolerant of variants in these things. As long as they are not subjected to a sudden change then they adapt. Many were not bred in the "preferred" parameters to start with these days! Some need something specific when breeding, otherwise it is not usually a problem. randomsam1001
true, the same with ph, most fish can go in many ph ranges but are best if they are suddenly put into a different one. At least thats what my fish are like....
