Billaney Posted March 9, 2005 Report Share Posted March 9, 2005 Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how fast honey gourami fry grow, ours had fry about 10 days ago and there seems to be quite a lot (seems more each day, which is impossable as the parents were removed )but there very small (normal) but don't seem to be growing much, there feed green water , microworm and liquid fry food to give some varity. there in a 8 gallon tank on there own at the momment. If you've got them thru to 10days of age, you are doing something right. Be patient, they'll grow. Try them on BBS as soon as possible. Billaney Posted March 9, 2005 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2005 We did very little , they were in the 2nd community tank, with floating plants and the male started building a bubble nest. I knew they had no chance in there so i moved them to the free hospital tank along with lots of floating plants , turned off the filter, the tank was warm at about 26=27 degrees and withing 24 he had built another nest and 2 days later we had what seems like dozens of very little fry, At this point i ook out both parents and thats it.
