reef Posted March 5, 2005 Report Share Posted March 5, 2005 Add with the syringe 10ml of water in the vial add to this 4 drops of po4-1 regent and swirl the vial gently for 10 seconds add to this 1 level scoop of po4-2 regent and swirl for 30 seconds place the vial on top of the colour chart and compare colours.
