Nilocagain Posted March 2, 2005 Report Share Posted March 2, 2005 Just a few pics of my work in progress, all 316 s/s. Holds about 22lts and will be powered by a 1100l/h pump. Using material from scrap bin at work, so all up cost to me aprt from time is a $9 seal from another canister filter and 4 s/s clips ($8.55each). As this is the prototype I don't know if it will work yet but time will tell. Still have to put the base on. Fine s/s wire mesh, may just have these between filter material. Nilocagain Posted March 24, 2005 Author Report Share Posted March 24, 2005 Media was 2 layers of 50mm course nylon matt, 2 layers of 30mm filter wool and 3 bags of Johnson PRO ceramic noodles.
