Carlos & Siran
Hi all, we have been in Auckland for the last few days and on the way home we dropped into HFF for a look, we where quite early but the fulla that was there kindly let us in. We'd already decided to get a new spiny peacock eel before hand so when we found the tank we pointed out who we wanted and never bothered to look at him after he went into the bag (neatly ignoring the sign on the tank telling us to closely inspect the fish as there would be no refunds, which is fair enough) but once we got him home and into his new tank we discovered he was all bumpy, almost like he's swallowed a heap of peas. They're all along the length of his body, and he seems to be all stiff and bent over, almost like an arthritic old man. Other than that he seems fine, swimming around and inspecting his new digs. Has anyone heard of these symptoms before, or what it might be? Thanks
