trinox
Hey everyone, I am about to get rid of some of my baby cichlids and replace them full grown adult ones ready for breeding, if someone could answer my questions i would be really happy 1- How old/big are electric yellows roughly when they are ready to breed? 2- What is the best ration for m/f electric yellows for a successfull breeding colony? 3- How old/big are Kribensis roughly when they are ready to breed? 4- What is the best ration for m/f Kribensis for a successfull breeding colony? zuri08
kirbs will pair off when ready they are not colony fish. electric yellows will vary ive had some breed at 3-4cm and alot of others the smae its just about there needs and the water parameters etc best ratio for yellow would be 12,3 males 9 females would work well in my opinion
myfishybuisness
Kribs don't breed in colonies they pair up so give each pair at least 60x 30cm tank space otherwise they get nasty
