mycoolmc
I brought this peacock around 6months ago when it was only just starting to show colour. I was told it was a Aulonocara Beanschi(Sunshine). After looking on pictures from google, the colours don't look right(Not as yellow in the body). Or would it just be the lights/thats its only around 1 year old? Cheers

Zeusterae
Nice fish, but it looks like hybrid for me... where you get it from?
nudge
I agree, the colour and shape is wrong for a baenschi, nice looking fish though
mycoolmc
Got it from a guy down south that used to breed cichlids. don't think he does any more. Had a tank with Kadango's, Dems, Yellows and peacocks that actually looks like the baenschi so possible cross between that and the kadango's i guess? ryanjury
It has a kadango shaped body but peacock type colours, hard to tell what it is a cross with but it doesn't look like a pure peacock to me sorry.
