henward
http://www.thatpetplace.com/algae-wafers-3oz http://www.thatpetplace.com/sinking-cic ... -mini-12oz here are the 2 ingredients list wiht the 2 pellets, both are based on formulations for vegetarian fish. Main difference is that algae wafers as 5% fibre and the other has 3% fibre. jus wondering though, looking at the ingredients, do you think that the sinking excel is a good alternative - not staple but say, alternate, just to reduce cost of feeding. I wanna stick wtih hikari - all my fish react better to them, but seeing if i can cut down cost, excell is half price or less to algae wafers. i would say, i would probably alternate with the 2. any feed back would be great if its not a good idea, i would stick with algae wafers. excel i find to have pretty much the same ingredients, proportion is just slightly diferent, i am told the first ingredients to appear generally in order is more in the food. jamosfish
The best way to cut down on the cost of food is to make your own bro.... There are plenty of receipes out there and you will know exactly what has gone into your food.
