Vervo
Came home today to find a bunch of the babies laying on their side on the bottom of the tank breathing rather rapid (but small gill movements). Their back fins are clamped and they are huddling together on the bottom of the tank. They where fine this morning! Whats happened!! The only thing i know that attacks this fast is flukes, but this doesnt look like flukes because they are on the bottom not the top Anyone got any ideas? Water parameters: 110L tank 90% water change per day 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 5-10 nitrate 30 degrees temp extremely clean tank Fed 6 times a day (they do not look overfed) 4.5 months old 5cm largest For now ive done a 90% water change and dosed with parzi
Flosty
Wow! lying on there sides? Its hard to say what it could be, Double check your parameters to make sure nothing hasn't changed drastically If you are doing 90% water changes a day which is really good by the way, It could be something that may have sneaked into the water Maybe more chlorine?or something has been put into the water If you have had any of this rain like we have, its quite possible this has happened Prazi won't help here, only really treats tapeworm and flukes
Vervo
ive dosed with prazi in case it is flukes, i use aqua plus in every water change, but i dont have a chlorine tester. Might add some more Aqua plus in just to be sure

Vervo
Yep they are dark. Ive done 2 treatments of parzi so far, and they look like they are getting alot better. Will do a 3rd treatment tomorrow. None have died yet.
