Reptiles/amphibians seem to be naturally still long enough and more often than a fish so the repto-photographer has a higher chance of getting a good shot than of a fish-ographer. Also many reptiles/amphibians would not be having their photo taken through glass and in natural light, again frequently different to a fish photo situation.
