REEVESTA
Wow thats a nice firemouth. Im planning on doing the same sort of thing with my 4 footer, but with more wood and more real plants (with anubis, maybe swords and java ferns) Do you know where I can get a large fire mouth like that? organisim only has 5cm ones
spoon
hey he got the large firemouth as a small one some time ago when critter kingdom was still open on blenheim road it isnt even fully coloured up in that pic , im not sure where to get large firemouths from just keep looking i guess. he would like real plants but is concerned about low levels of lighting (2x30w vs 2ft high tank) also i dont think the plants would last long in there with the cichlids
REEVESTA
Tell him to try java fern. Fish dont eat it because its to bitter and it can grow well in low light levels, plus you can attach it to wood/rocks so the fish dont dig it up. wee2
How big was it? I think it was around 10cm. Got 6 together but four gone still have two left which are not as big as that one so far.
