Snowman Posted May 21, 2011 Report Share Posted May 21, 2011 If you read the instructions that will never happen, looks like hes had the heater turned on and hot before putting it in water going by the steam coming off the broken heater. No amount of quality will ever beat stupidity, although Jager do have a boil dry cut off switch which is why you pay 3 times the price of cheaper heaters.
