Sophia
Would you agree with this? (I read an anecdote that suggested that from above males look like speedboats and females like tugboats :gigl: ) From top down 1 male 2 female 3 female 4 male left to right 1 male 2 male 3 female lowest one - male

Sophia
These are pygmaeus - have been feeding them up but don't seem to be growing any so I think they are full sized. They have been in the quiet love nest in the garage since the weekend, just waiting on some moss to arrive and then I shall start playing them Barry White... then hopefully some eggs. At present they have just a sponge filter, sand and rocks for the river bed feel, some oak leaves and some very small crypts in pots I am trying to grow a bit. hovmoller
What temp is the water they are going to be listening to Barry White in? :slfg:
Sophia
I think it's about 20-22ish. They are getting some polystyrene to insulate them shortly too. Is there a temperature you recommend? I thought it had to be at the cooler end to simulate the rainy season.
