Zev
I have a really bossy Jordenalla floridae, but he is not what I would call a classic looking killie! (bit ugly, actually) Striatum are a good starter, and quite colourful. What sort of monster characteristics are you looking for? Most will eat anything they can fit in their mouths. Sophia
in a 60cm tank you can get quite a few killies - are you going to mix them up or have 1 species? There are some earlier threads about which ones you can mix if you go that way.

Caryl
It is not good to keep a tank empty. The silicone dries out :happy2:

snookie
do you need a heater for killies ?
Sophia
most like it in the 22-24 range. Mine have been in 25ish over summer If you have a warm room you might be able to get away with no heater. Depends which ones you get
