malevolentsparkle
hi, I currently have around 10 emerald catfish fry in a large breeding net. they are around 5mm long and growing well. today i noticed that my new Bolivian rams have laid eggs on a small rock and are guarding them. sooo the question is what should I do: 1. leave things as they are. will my other fish eat the fry when they hatch? how hard are they to feed in the community? 2. evict the catfish fry and put the eggs in the net. will the rams eat the catfish fry? 3. put the eggs in with the fry. Rabbit
Leave the Bolivians to do the job if they dont succeed this time it will only make them better next time round. Keep the rest of the community well fed.
malevolentsparkle
well over night the eggs disappeared. I suspect the whiptail. next time i might leave the light on in the room so they can see him coming!
