There is no point in treating fish unless you know what you are treating. The point of quarantine is to give the fish a safe place to develop a disease IF they are going to

If you put a fish in a medicated quarantine it may prevent a big outbreak of something like whitespot, but by suppressing a full outbreak it may just kill off the weaker parasites meaning you put the fish that you think is healthy in your main tank with the most treatment-resistant parasites still present.

i usually just add a little salt to my quarantine tank and watch for any signs of illness unless it's a livebearer and then I'll worm it.

Some people worm fish as a form of quarantine have heard of people using prazi/metro and aviverm (obviously not all combined but one after the other) to ensure new fish are clean.

whats the best economical drugs to use to worm fish? and where do you get it from?

It really depends on what you are worming for, to wipe out all common worms you really need prazi/aviverm, some I have talked to used metro as a precaution too. I think it might be a bit of an overkill myself and probably not good for the fish to whack them up with all the drugs.
