hi i have asked this before but on a similar tank and as im only 16 and do not have much money saved would like to know is this a good filter system ?

I have found them to be very good as long as you don't over stock them.

yeah it will be well planted and eventually after cycleing it will have 2 dwarf puffers so should it be ok ?

100w heater would be very overkill...but good cos it wont use much power after heating as it maintains it well.

as for stocking.

i have had one, for 2 drawf puffers, more than sufficient.

planted, even better!

but really they are meant for low stock and plants display tanks.

50watt should be plenty. the general rule is 1W/L, but Ive never seen a 35watt heater so 50w will do.

A 50W is what i use and it keeps at a very constant temp. Anything bigger and it just takes up too much room in the tank.

34ltrs (IIRC) is perfect for 2 dwarf puffers. I find these tanks grow plants well and fast with the white and red tube in it as well.
