Southerrrngirrl Posted August 13, 2010 Report Share Posted August 13, 2010 I don't know much about gourami's but google says they tolerate pH range from 6.0-8.8 so wouldn't have thought your 8.0 would have been too much of a problem. I think this is right my instruction book that came with the tank said fortnightly but it didn't seem enough was getting a bit messy after a fortnight. I have not killed anything in my main tank yet but I have only had it a few months. It was an established tank with fish when I got it. Swag Posted August 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2010 I have an aqua one 620, not many fish. 4 Prestella Tetra, 1 Pearl Gourami, 1 Gold gourami, 1 Clown Loach and 1 little Bristle Nose.
