Dwarf Guppies

I have a couple of guppies that seem to be dwarf. They are a couple of males that have fully colored up and are now breeding. I think they must be around 5 - 6 months old now and a little over 10mm.

Does anyone else have these?

they can begin breeding at 1 mth old they are adults at 6 mths but thet are not fully grown till 9mths

I realise that... I have plenty that are breeding and at all different stages for life.

These are different. I have had 3 later batches of fry out grow these guys.... Strange

i had some very tiny snakeskin males at one stage .

I wonder if its something to do with genetics and dominant behaviour (getting the best/most of the food when fry?) rather than a "real" dwarf mutation? Like runts in puppies?

There must be a reasonable variation on the standard curve in terms of size anyway... look at the difference with people - michael J fox to michael jordan....
