danilada
Are house bricks (clean) safe in a tank to provide some caving?
smidey
i guess that would be hard to tell, they are pourous so will absorb what ever they come in contact with. i have used granite & snadstone tiles that i broke up in the past & had no issues, as they were tiles they had sealers etc put into them but i had no problem. i would soak them for a week or two before adding them to your tank. danilada
What about the red ones?
suphew
I would be careful using old bricks, they may have been sprayed with all sorts of pesticides and weed killers over the years. The only way you will find out is to try a couple in a small tank with something your not going to be too upset about losing
