Does he look like he has Pine Cone Disease? (scales sticking out and everyfing)

Take him out and put him in Quarentine for a week. Wifin 2-3 days he should be back to normal again. (if its not Pine Cone)

90% of his upper body all his scales have lifted and little wee blood mark on his body to and his eyes are popping out big time

plus he can bearly move so i have set up and hospital tank for him what do i treat him with??

I am sorry to have to say this - but I personally would put the wee fishie down. By the time you notice the scales sticking out the internal organs will be pretty much damaged. :(

Pine Cone Disease aka Dropsy??

Plenty of topics on here about dropsy, unforuntately, I think the general consensus is that when they get to pine cone stage its too late. The damage has been done. I've only ever had a couple of fish with dropsy and despite my efforts at treating them with antibiotics, they died. :(

Edit: Woooo 1000th post!

:( it always sad when a favorite fish gets sick or dies

Like I said before try putting alittle epsom salts in his water - apparently the salts draw out poisons in the body.

I have sucessfully treated a fish in "early stages" with epsom salt
