Jammos
Just wondering what the setup should be for moving babies for the first time. Last time I did it they all died. at the mo they are in a 30L tank with only a cotton wool filter and a log with moss on. The angels are all an inch tall (about 2 months old). Can I move them to a 100L tank with an undergravel or is that a too bigger step? should the bottom be bare again?
Pegasus
The more space the better Jammos, and as deep as you can for good fin development. Undergravel is fine if you want, even though the bare tanks are easier to clean. Great to hear you have some growing fry Bill

Alan
Do a water-change on the tank they are leaving, and use that in their new tank. Keep them in their own water through-out this, and then top up the tank they came from, then slowly add new water to where they have been shifted to. Shouldn't have any "water-shock" this way. Use two nets to catch them and don't chase them all round the tank and over stress them. Alan
Jammos
cheers so it could be a long process if going to a 100L tank. Thanks
